Burj Nahar Mall is located in Al Muteena (Deira), one of the oldest neighborhoods in Dubai and the main commercial district along Dubai Creek. The primary catchment area within Deira contains more than 450,000 residents (20% of the Dubai population) and is currently undergoing a major urban regeneration program. The urban regeneration program has gained powerful Government support with the main objectives of the program to add value to the communities within the area, and contribute to the economy of Dubai. The focus of the program has five major pillars including a) Maintaining Tradition, b) Celebrating Heritage, c) Improving Trade, d) Developing & Enhancing Communities and e) Creating Destination Tourism based on Culture.
